TCT Digital Terms of Service

The terms of this agreement (“ToS”) govern the relationship between you and TCT Digital and its affiliates (hereinafter “TCT Digital” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of TCT Digital’ games, websites and related services (the “Service”). In this agreement “TCT Digital” means TCT Digital located at NCR HQ, Noida. “TCT Digital” also includes affiliates, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership. Use of the Service is also governed by TCT Digital’ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
1. License
Upon purchase, TCT Digital grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download and use our digital products strictly in accordance with these terms. This license is generally for personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the digital products, in whole or in part, with any third parties without explicit written consent from TCT Digital.
2. Ownership
All digital products, website design, text, graphics, logos, source code, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of TCT Digital. Purchasing a digital product grants you a license to use it under the specified terms; it does not transfer ownership, copyright, or any intellectual property rights of the underlying materials to you.
3. User Content
If you post reviews, comments, or submit other content to our platform, you retain ownership of that original content. However, by submitting it, you grant TCT Digital a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content in connection with marketing, operating, and improving our services.
4. Fees and Purchase Terms
All listed prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately via internet download, all sales are considered final. TCT Digital generally does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the digital file is made available to you, unless the file is proven to be defective or as required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Updates to The Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or our digital product catalog at any time, with or without notice. TCT Digital shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or complete discontinuance of the service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
All digital products and services provided by TCT Digital are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted operation of our website, the accuracy of the information provided, or the fitness of the digital products for any particular purpose or outcome. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the products.
